Expect to move through applications and expressions of rope work for consensual restraint and reconnection. Dress comfortably with form-fitting layers. Instruction is floor-based, mats provided. 

This is a partner-led session, however the binds will be self-tie applicable and solo tiers are encouraged. 

Minimum kit requirements:

    (2) 15 ft hanks 
    (1)  30 ft hank 
    Safety shears 
    Twisted Monk Hemp and Posh ropes will be available for purchase from your instructor. 

Cost of workshop: $120 per pair or $65 self-tie participants
