Yoga Breath & Soundbath

Treat yourself to some relaxing ‘Me Time’ and find some calm peacefulness. You can be seated on a chair or lay on a yoga or camping mat on the floor. Bring all you need for your comfort , blankets, pillows, cushions and water to drink.
We’ll start with simple yoga breath practices to calm your body and mind, some humming and toning you can join in with or listen to and then just relax away listening to gentle sounds from crystal bowls, chimes, gong, drum and more !
If you have special personal crystals such as rose quartz, amethyst or clear quartz they will absorb the frequencies of the session for too. When you take them home you can draw upon the positive vibrations in meditations afterwards. 💕
