- **Event Description**: Join two compassionate, experienced yoga teachers --Shana Smith and Joanna Vajda --every Thursday morning from 10-11:15am for an all-levels integrated yoga class at the beautiful Karuna Cottage Gainesville! Address is 3215 NW 17th Street (please enter throught the back porch). Class is donation-based with a suggested sliding scale donation of $12-20 per class. 

Joanna and Shana will be alternating weeks (but please don't miss our first class September 4 when we BOTH teach together!).
All levels are welcome! Mats and some props available; feel free to bring your own as well, plus a water bottle. We look forward to practicing with you in love, light, and wellness during these times.

About your teachers:

Joanna loves teaching yoga. For most of her life she has shared the joy of asana, breath, and reverence in her teaching with countless students. She is also an accomplished artist, loves traveling the world, and treasures being with her friends, family and dog Sita!

Shana is a yoga teacher as well as the guiding teacher for Florida Sanbo Zen which also meets at Karuna Cottage on Monday evenings at 6pm (www.FloridaSanboZen.com). Like Joanna, she has been teaching for most of her life and has an emphasis on intuitive movement. She is also a singer/songwriter, author, and loves being with her friends, family, and dog Reiki!
