Somatics and sound bowls

Fern and faerie holistic arts presents to you Somatics and Sound healing with Ellie and Cherise.
Please come join us for a beautiful night learning about how to calm your nervous system and heal your mind body and spirit.
You will leave feeling refreshed and with new tools to continue on your journey through life.

Things you will need:
-blanket
-yoga mat
-water

There will be tea and some light snacks provided by sacred earth.
I will also be bringing hot chocolate in case it’s a chilly night.

Please come around 20 minutes early to mingle and find spots, we will be starting at exactly 6:30.
