 If it's chilly, bring a blanket, gloves, hat; dress warm and enjoy. If it's hot, we'll be in the shade, cooled by the arms of the great oak; dress light and enjoy. If it's thundering, well, enjoy sitting at home!

Laurie Reisman of Gainesville KTC will guide us this month. We will sit for a 20 minute guided meditation, walk around the great tree for 10 minutes and then sit in silence together for another 20 minutes. Join us even if you have never sat before! Feel free to stay afterwards and enjoy the company, the park, and the morning air.
