Gainesville Modern's Drinks and Dwellings

Gainesville Modern Weekend 2026 presented by Atlantic Design Homes continues with our VIP Cocktail Party. Join us at Drinks and Dwellings on Friday, March 20th from 6 to 9 PM at the beautiful home of Scott Wilson and Warren Brown in Pine Hill Estates.
Our theme is "Tiki: Mai Tais & Mod Times." Built in 1967, this Mid-Century Modern home has a spectacular pool, complete with a cabana for entertaining. Enjoy an exciting night of food provided by Zen Catering, specialty cocktails and full bar with the award-winning mixologist Kristin Amron, live music, photo booth and a chance to bid on an original MCM painting by artist Alfred Phillips.
