Join us for a unique and interactive Fall Protection 101 experience combining education, movement, balance, awareness, and practical protection skills inspired by the principles of ukemi — the art of safe falling.

This event includes:

• 30-minute discussion and presentation
Learn why falls happen, what actually causes injuries during falls, and simple strategies that can help improve confidence, awareness, and protection.

• 60-minute guided movement experience
Gentle hands-on practice focused on balance, body awareness, safer movement patterns, protective positions, and beginner-level fall protection skills. No martial arts experience needed.

This is NOT a fitness bootcamp or intense workout. Everything is taught progressively, safely, and at your comfort level.
