I’d like to say .. it’s pure magic, come check  it out 😂 and that would be enough . 
This might let me off too easy . 

 ☀️ I have been facilitating these experiences regularly since December yet still struggle to explain it well . Here goes ….

I’m going to start with what it is not …. 

It's not group therapy. Although it can be very therapeutic. 
It's not networking.
It's not sitting around talking with like minded people. 

Authentic Relating is a practice of becoming more aware of what's happening inside us and between us in real time.

We use intentional guided exercises and connection games to explore things like boundaries, vulnerability, self-expression, listening, nervous system awareness, and genuine human connection.

People often leave feeling more seen, more connected, and more alive. It’s really is  ✨magic to witness. 
Many have little experience in the wild of what we learn and practice . 
This is pure , clean , presence, and curiosity in a way that is very rare in our culture . 

I've watched friendships bloom from strangers after one exercise,  people discover they can say "no" without guilt, and others realize they're not as alone as they thought.

You don't need social skills, emotional expertise, or any previous experience.

Just curiosity and a willingness to show up as you are. 

It’s so beautiful to see the soul relaxation that happens when we feel safe to stop preforming and just BE human together in this way.  

If you are curious, or you already have experience with this modality, I invite you to an introduction / on going practice to Authentic Relating on Friday June 19th from 6:30-9
