Three Centers Sound Meditation with Kim Holton
This series of guided meditations is inspired by art in the Harn collections and led by expert facilitators with years of experience. Take a break from your regular schedule to slow down, experience stillness, and re-charge. Forty-five minutes of guided meditation is followed by an art spotlight tour.
This session will facilitate connection with, and integration of, the three centers of intelligence—body, heart, and mind—through a meditation guided by sound. Join us in a practice to support inner balance and connection. Bring a mat or blanket if you would like to lie down.
Facilitator: Kim Holton is an Instructional Associate Professor in the Department of Health Education & Behavior in the College of Health and Human Performance at the University of Florida. Kim began studying yoga and meditation in 1998, teaching in 2002, and works with the body as a portal into the spiritual and subtle realms.
