Join Mārajinā Bhikkhunī as she guides us online on the 1st Sunday of each month starting on June 6th at 6pm. 
The structure and direction of the class will be determined by the class dynamics. "The Manual of Insight" will be treated respectfully and chronologically to provide the yogi with a solid instruction on vipassana meditation as taught by the Venerable Mahasi Sayadaw.
The book is available to purchase and is very highly recommended for serious students. Noncompetitive, ungraded, uncollected homework will be assigned from the book. The classes will be livestreamed on Google Meet and will not be recorded (I may be persuaded). Attending here and there will not yield the benefit of the class.
