This class focuses on traditional basket weaving techniques, using a classic over-under weave that has been used for generations. Designed with beginners in mind, this is a great introduction to the craft while still producing a piece you’ll be proud to display (or put to good use).

✨ What you’ll make:
A finished biscuit basket approximately 8.5” wide and 4” tall, perfect for serving, display, or gifting.

✨ What to expect:
	•	Prepared basket base (so you can jump right into weaving)
	•	Step-by-step instruction as you weave up the sides
	•	Learn foundational techniques including shaping, rim installation, and lashing
	•	Choose your own accent color from pre-dyed reed prepared by Cora
	•	A relaxed, welcoming environment—perfect for enjoying time with others while creating something by hand

✨ What’s included:
All materials, tools, and instruction are provided—just bring yourself and a willingness to learn something new.

This is a beginner-friendly class, but even experienced makers will enjoy the process and craftsmanship involved in creating a functional, handwoven piece.
