New Year’s Day Intention Setting Workshop
Start 2026 with clarity, purpose, and peace. This special 2-hour workshop will guide you through a mindful journey to reflect on the past year and set meaningful goals for the year ahead.
We’ll begin with a gentle yoga flow to ease into the new year, followed by deep relaxation through Yoga Nidra. You’ll have time for journaling, meditation, and crafting a sankalpa—an intention rooted in your truest self. Free for Rasa Yoga Members.
