- **Event Description**: Free Art class at Hokes Bluff Public Library Feb. 17th 3p-5p through a grant offered by the Alabama State council of the arts . 

We can accommodate up to 15 students in  grades 3rd through 5th. Two works will be chosen to be considered for an exhibit at the Capitol In Montgomery in the month of April. All other works will be sent home with children. The theme for the project is “What makes Alabama great” 

We plan to use fish as the topic for this project. Students can be creative and add as much or as little as they like. Supplies will include paper, pencil, marker, possibly glue, scissors and watercolor. This is open to students of grades 3-5. Class time requested is two hours but may or may not take up entire length depending on class size.
