Sound 101: Intro to Sound Healing

We're going to be learning about all things sound in this workshop. A beautiful introduction if you have limited knowledge of sound healing but are excited to learn the principles and foundations of sound healing, and how vibration, frequency and intention can support our wellbeing.

Please note, to keep this workshop warm and intimate, it will be limited to just 8 participants. Recommended to book early if you don't want to miss out.

• The principles of sound healing, how and why it works on many levels (physiological, emotional and spiritual)
• Introduction to sound healing instruments, in this workshop we will focus on crystal singing bowls, himalayan singing bowls, chimes, the drum and some more percussion
• Hands-on practice with instruments at interactive sound stations
• Learn what the impact of each instrument does to the mind, body + spirit and why we use certain instruments at certain moments
• Some basic core principles of harmony and disharmony, the foundations of sound healing

This workshop is for anyone who feels called to explore the healing power of sound, whether you’re a yoga or pilates teacher, energy worker, breathwork facilitator, or simply someone who’s curious about how sound can support your own wellbeing.

You don’t need any prior experience, or any musical knowledge - just a sense of curiousity and a willingness to listen, play, and discover.

Brooke Zotti is a sound healing practitioner, musician, and creative behind Sounds Like You. A project dedicated to using sound as a powerful tool for emotional release, nervous-system regulation, and inner connection.

Brooke began playing piano at the age of six developing a deep sensitivity to tone, rhythm, and harmony. Alongside her musical foundation, she has spent years immersed in meditation, completing multiple Vipassana retreats that deepened her understanding of silence, awareness, and presence.

She holds a Diploma of Sound Healing with Harmonic Sounds (Spain) and Practitioner Training with Sound Healing Australia, and continues to learn from many mentors around the world in a range of sound modalities.

Over the past few years she has facilitated immersive sound journey events, ecstatic dances, and meditative experiences across Australia. Her approach blends intuition, neuroscience, and frequency awareness to help people soften, release and come home to themselves.
