Join us for a cozy and inspiring Vision Board Workshop on Wednesday, January 15th, 6–8 PM. Doors open at 5:30 PM—come early, grab a drink, and get ready to create!

- A guided session to help you focus your goals and intentions for the new year
- Time to work individually or in small groups
- Optional HRV scan to see how your nervous system is functioning, reviewed by Dr. Nikki
