The program will feature:A keynote address by Adriene Holder, Esq., Celia’s 3rd great-granddaughter and a nationally recognized civil rights attorneyReflections from Missouri lawmakers and community partnersA live musical tribute, including Narissa Bond’s original song “Celia”A moving Candlelight Ceremony of Remembrance symbolizing justice and hopeTogether, we will honor Celia’s courage, celebrate the justice secured in her name—Pardon, Celia Day, the Celia Memorial Highway, and Human Trafficking Awareness Week—and renew our shared commitment to end sexual violence and human trafficking.?️ Date: Sunday, December 21, 2025?
