Let's close out 2025 with the power of creativity to Express, Renew and nourish ourselves !
In these turbulent times, we need self-expression more than ever.
Creative expresson isn’t just fun—it’s medicine for the soul. It reduces stress and anxiety, reconnects us with our true selves, and awakens a sense of aliveness, calm, and joy.
This workshop is an invitation to pause, breathe, and let color, image, and imagination carry you into a deeper connection with yourself. Together, in a safe and supportive space, we’ll explore creativity as a portal of healing, self-discovery, and transformation.
✨ No Art skills or "experience " needed—just come with a willingness to explore
🎨 All Art materials are provided with registration
Through the practice of Intentional Creativity, you’ll:
This is not about painting a “pretty picture” or doing anything “right.” Instead, you’ll discover what wants to be uniquely expressed by you. Together, we’ll make space for all feelings and creative expressions.
Intentional Creativity is about creating with mindfulness to allow deeper information from ourselves to come through. When we start with an intention, we can access our right brain deeper knowing and see what wants to come forth onto the canvas.
Many of us carry old “art wounds”—moments we were told our creativity wasn’t good enough. This workshop is designed to free you from those limiting stories. In this safe space, there is no expectation of perfection—only the joy of discovery, connection, and flow.
Pre-registration is required. No tickets will be available at the door.
Come as you are. Leave feeling renewed, inspired, and more connected to your creative spirit and others in our community !

Praise:
“Aimee’s workshop is a unique combination of painting, journaling, community building and fun! In three hours of prompts, writing, sharing and painting, I left feeling re- centered and even joyous, dancing to the beat and present. I’m now signing up for her 3 month program. Aimee is a masterful, genuine and brilliant facilitator.”

When I entered Aimee’s painting workshop I was feeling stressed and anxious about the world in general. I had also never taken an art class before. But Aimee created a welcoming space with gentle guidance. Filling my canvas with color really helped bring me back to a much calmer and healthier state. I would highly recommend painting with Aimee !

"Before the workshop I felt my inner critic was up with self doubt and fear of not having art experience. I showed up to Aimee's grounded, welcoming presence and joined a group of supportive inclusive women on a rich journey together...By the end I felt connected to my authentic self and the other women, more free, confident and alive. I love my imperfect painting and my imperfect self and am so glad I joined this workshop."
-- Bobbi L.
In Aimee's workshop, I was able to get out of my head and into my body and creative guidance. Aimee created an atmosphere that was both joyous and safe. Her gentle guidance, support and encouragement helped me to relax and enjoy the process ! I discovered some things that wanted self expression and let go of my preconceived ideas of what my art should look like . I would definitely do another workshop with Aimee.

"Aimee's workshop was like jump in a cool spring! I was able to touch into my heart again. I moved from fear and anxiety to a connection to my inner support again."

I love Aimee’s energy, and her approach in using creativity to find clarity is brilliant. In fact, I had a powerful breakthrough during the drawing experience that gave me major insight, clarity and guidance that I never expected to get from what seemed such a simple exercise.
-- Tracy W.
I felt so supported and safe to explore and expand. The activity you walked us through, with the four colors brought me so much insight. Your leadership, which was wrapped in kindness and compassion allowed for beautiful vulnerability and growth. Thank you for providing that experience!
-- Pascale C.
"Awaken Your Creative Portal" has been such a powerful experience for me. I have attended several times. Aimee's unique blend of being both a licensed therapist and a professional painter creates a space that feels incredibly safe and supportive. With her gentle guidance, I was able to explore my creativity in ways I never had before-and even more importantly, I found myself working through emotions and healing parts of my life that really needed attention. I'm so grateful for everything this class has given me. "
