THE FOREIGN RESORT - Eine Melange aus düsterem New-Wave und explosivem Post-Punk

Seit ihrer Gründung 2009 in Kopenhagen haben sich THE FOREIGN RESORT über ein Jahrzehnt lang der Verfeinerung eines Sounds gewidmet, der mit der rohen Energie des Post-Punk explodiert und sich in düstere Schattierungen der Melancholie vertieft. Ihr Werk zeichnet sich durch seine Vielfalt und Spannung aus, das sowohl helle als auch dunkle Stimmungen verkörpert und von einer emotionalen Tiefe durchdrungen ist, die unmittelbar nachwirkt. THE FOREIGN RESORT sind unermüdlich auf Tournee, süchtig nach der Anziehungskraft von Amerikas verlorenen Highways. Sie teilten sich die Bühnen mit Bands wie Cold Cave, Killing Joke, The Soft Moon, She Past Away und vielen anderen. Seit 2010 hat die Band mehr als 600 Shows in ganz Nordamerika und Europa gespielt, darunter Auftritte bei verschiedenen Festivals wie SXSW, Iceland Airwaves, Canadian Music Week, POP Montreal, Nocturnal Culture Night, Wave Gotik Treffen und W-Fest.

Das Trio veröffentlichte 2019 das Album „Outnumbered“, 2020 die EP „The Rabbit Hole“ und 2021 „OutRemixed“. Die neuesten Singles „Resound“ und „Southern Skies“ vom kommenden Album der Band wurden beide von ARTOFFACT RECORDS (ACTORS, Kælan Mikla, Ultra Sunn, Kontravoid) veröffentlicht.

DELTA KOMPLEX
Der Sound von DELTΔ KOMPLEX umhüllt uns mit Schichten von Schleiern und zieht uns in widersprüchliche Gefühlswelten, in denen wir traurig zwischen 80er Synth-Pop Elementen, klassischem Dark Wave und offensichtlichen Post-Punk-Einflüssen tanzen.
Das im Winter 2019 gegründete Trio aus Darmstadt verkörpert all diese Einflüsse in seinen musikalischen Ursprüngen.
Mit einer faszinierenden und wahrhaft romantischen Gothic-Sängerin mit siouxsie-artigen Einflüssen, einem Gitarristen, inspiriert von den Sounds der frühen NDW- und Punk-Bands und einem Komponisten, der analoge Sounds mit modernen Synthie-Elementen zu komplexen Kompositionen verschmilzt, die kaum noch zu referenzieren sind.
