Welcome to Fort Carson Army Base, home of the country’s finest servicemen and servicewomen, beautiful high-elevation terrain, and one of Spartan’s most treacherous events. Steep climbs, rugged trails, and our famous muscle-burning obstacles will give your body and mind a rigorous test. This is where citizens become soldiers, where the brutal terrain and elevation zaps lungs, and where you can take on the challenge of conquering this gritty, relentless course.
