A Night at the Races is a high-energy, interactive evening that brings the excitement of horse racing to life — all while supporting a great cause!
🎩 Event Overview
Enjoy an evening of food, fun, silent auctions, and simulated horse racing
Races are pre-recorded, and the winners are kept secret until race time, adding suspense and excitement throughout the night
💵 How Betting Works: “Funny Money”
No real money is used for betting
Each guest receives Funny Money with their ticket purchase
Funny Money is used to place wagers on six pre-recorded races
🐎 Types of Bets
You can place two kinds of wagers:
Win Bet
Pick the horse you think will win a specific race
📋 Betting Rules
Each wager costs $2 in Funny Money
You may place one bet per race
Once you run out of Funny Money, no additional wagers can be placed
🎟️ Winning & Prizes
Correct Win Bets earn you raffle tickets
Raffle tickets are placed into fishbowl drawings for larger prizes
🏆 Prize Drawings
At the end of the evening, winners will be drawn from the fishbowls
The more races you win, the more chances you have to win exciting prizes!
