We’re opening up our rehearsal studios for a climate-controlled indoor community sale — a fun, easy way to sell, shop, and connect with local musicians, makers, and neighbors.
🛒 BECOME A VENDOR
Rent a space for just $25 and set up shop inside one of our air-conditioned rehearsal rooms!
Each vendor gets:
🎯 A 6’ x 6’ indoor space (A/C in every room)
🕗 Setup starts at 8:00 AM
🕐 Breakdown by 2:00 PM
Sell anything from:
Musical instruments, amps, pedals, and accessories
Vinyl, CDs, merch, and collectibles
Household items, art, crafts, or other treasures

🕒 EVENT SCHEDULE
8:00 AM: Vendor setup begins
9:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Garage sale open to the public
1:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Vendor breakdown
2:00 PM: Studios reopen for regular bookings
