The Birth Circle

We’re really excited to be hosting The Birth Circle here at Frostburg Fitness 🤍

This is a space for anyone in pregnancy, postpartum, or motherhood to come together and just connect. No pressure, no expectations. Just real conversations, sharing stories, celebrating the good moments, and supporting each other through the hard ones too.

Whether you’re expecting, newly postpartum, deep in the mom life, or just looking for a supportive community, you are welcome here. Come as you are.
