We will also hear about Value-Chain Coordination services offered from the Chesapeake Agriculture Innovation Center (CAIC) and 4P Foods, a distribution company focusing on sourcing from local growers, the University dining services managers, and tour a local farm to observe production scales and models for selling to instutitions. Are you a Maryland farmer or institutional employee?
