St. Louis Storytelling Festival

St. Louis County Library will host the 46th annual St. Louis Storytelling Festival from November 10-16, 2025. The festival will include performances by nine nationally renowned storytellers, along with a variety of other programs and presenters.

This year’s line-up includes everything from vibrant Indigenous storytelling and beloved folktales from around the world to humorous anecdotes, compelling personal stories and more. New additions to the 2026 line-up include a spoken word performance by the Saint Louis Story Stitchers, an Amateur Story Hour, Cirque du Weiner Dog by What if Puppets and workshops on writing and storytelling. There are 25 total events planned, all are free and open to the public.
