The winter session of USAPL will be starting at On Cue Sports Bar & Grill on Wednesday Dec 3rd (9-ball), and Thursday Dec 4th (8-ball).
For those not familiar with USAPL it is a pool (billiards) league were people of all skill levels (brand new to simi pro) can play on a team to compete for a chance to play in the yearly National Tournament in Last Vegas. The league is handicapped to make it fair for everyone to have fun and be competitive. For every 4 teams in a league 1 will go to Las Vegas and left over money that comes into the league will go to sending MVPs to play in a singles tournament.
We are in the process of signing up people for the new 9ball division on Wednesdays, and signing up people for existing teams for 8ball on Thursdays. Want to play in both? No problem!!!
On Monday Dec 1st we will be holding our last "Meet & Greet" and doing signups before the new "Winter" session begins. Come down and join us and we can answer any questions you might have and get you signed up on a team.
If you do not have a Fargo or APA handicap please bring your pool cues with you so we can play a few games and we can help get your handicap created.
