Transformational Breathwork

Our breath is the most simple yet radical act of self love and presence we can practice.

Join me this coming March 13th at 5pm for an incredibly alchemizing and empowering evening of connecting not just with your breath-but with your very soul.

Rooted in the holistic integration of body, mind, and spirit. Full diaphragmatic breathing is central to this ceremony. This technique encourages you to breathe deeply, fully engaging the whole body. Facilitating deep, therapeutic breathing that enhances lung capacity and promotes emotional release and spiritual insight- gently integrating emotional baggage stored in the body for years. This is crucial for healing past traumas and moving forward with greater freedom and ease.

During and after the ceremony you will experience higher states of consciousness, clarity and insight. Creativity, inspiration and joy are reborn and reclaimed with our vital breath!
