Front Royal native Matt Drago is returning to the very theater he grew up visiting, now as the star of the new feature film Somewhere in Montana.
Set against the sweeping backdrop of Montana’s open range, the film tells a powerful story about respect, community, and finding common ground — themes that couldn’t be more relevant today.
Matt’s journey from growing up here in Front Royal to building a career in film is proof that big dreams really can start in small towns.
His father, Arthur Drago, founder of the Front Royal Karate Club, has been a pillar in this community for over 50 years — teaching generations of local families and shaping lives across the street from the very theater where this premiere will take place.
We’re honored to celebrate Matt’s return and host this special Virginia premiere right here at Royal Cinemas, where family, community, and storytelling come full circle.
