If you've heard the terms CIO, CIC, Community Benefit Society and felt bewildered - or you'd like to understand the difference between running a charity and a social enterprise, this session is for you.
What does your organisation need to be? What are the options for you either as a group or a small team?
Perhaps you're in the thick of these questions and options already in your group, or you want to generally understand more about structures and models out there for the future. Whatever, you're welcome. There will be time for questions and general discussion.
This session is led by professional coach and fundraisier Ruth Knagg. Ruth works as a coach for Edventure's Future Shed, supporting individuals and groups with their needs, ideas and aspirations.
Who is this for:
We can run this session for free due to our National Lottery Funding, so take the opportunity while you can!
Come to the Frome Town Council Hall upstairs (accessible space) for a 10am start.
is part of Green & Healthy Frome, a partnership programme of Edventure Frome, Frome Medical Practice and Frome Town Council taking action on health and climate funded by the National Lottery’s Climate Action Fund.
Future Shed is about ideas and connections, collectives and enterprise - this is a space to meet up, connect and build relationships to effect change.
