The Wellbeing Quest

Join the OpenStoryTellers Wellbeing Group for an interactive performance workshop where you will experience a journey to a magical sensory landscape and help solve clues to uncover the ‘wellbeing crystal’.

Along the way, the group will guide you through simple wellbeing activities that are suitable for all. Including chair dance and yoga, guided relaxation and song. Come and join us for this fun performance workshop that is sure to leave you feeling inspired, joyful and relaxed!
