- **Event Description**: A new community café is opening at The Key Centre on The Mount this winter, offering free hot meals, snacks, games and creative activities for all ages. 

Open Mondays to Fridays throughout December and January, 10.30am – 4.30pm (closing 2.30pm on Fridays). Everyone is welcome. You can stay as long as you like and there’s no pressure to spend money.

Food & Drink ??
Hot drinks available all day, home-cooked lunches and after school snacks. There is no cost for anything (though you can make a donation if you like). Most dietary requirements catered for and kids options available.

The Space ♟️??
Cosy corners for reading and tables for people wanting to work, as well as board games and quizzes for anyone looking to join in something sociable.

Arts Activities?
Fancy trying something creative? The Café hosts will set up different arts activities every day – so you can try your hand at anything from still life painting to origami or animation.

Young People ??
Toys for pre-school kids during the day. Once school ends at 3.15pm, the space is filled with games and arts activities for older children (with their grown-ups) and teenagers – including mini pool and table football, cardboard construction challenges and film screenings.

The Pop-Up Cafe is a partnership project with Terrestrial and Frome Town Council, funded by Somerset Community Foundation’s Help Through Winter Fund.
