Strong Roots: Strength & Balance + Pelvic Power Fridays

New Friday Fitness Classes at the Summit County Community & Senior Center

Join Jenni with Mindful Moves Wellness every Friday for two free classes designed to build strength, stability, and confidence.

12:00–12:45 PM – Strength & Balance
Gentle, guided exercises to improve posture, coordination, and full-body strength.

1:00–1:45 PM – Pelvic Floor & Hip Strengthening (NEW!)
Focus on your body’s foundation—hips and core—to improve mobility, stability, and confidence. Bring a yoga mat if you have one; mats are also available at the center.

Open to all community members and visitors—no membership required. No Age Specifications
Classes are free; donations are appreciated.
