iNaturalist 101

Ever see a plant or animal on a trail and wish you knew what it was?

Join us for a fun, hands-on program where you’ll learn how to use iNaturalist, a free citizen science app that helps you identify and record the nature around you. Whether you’re new to iNaturalist or just need a refresher, this session will teach you everything you need to know to document nature in your city.

Bring: Water, comfortable clothing, and a smartphone with the free iNaturalist app installed. We recommend creating an account ahead of time.
