The H-2B program allows businesses of all sizes, in every industry (except agriculture positions), to sponsor foreign workers legally for up to nine months to meet seasonal and peak load needs so long as the employer can prove that they are unable to identify qualified and available U.S. workers at the appropriate prevailing wage.
