This intimate group experience, led by licensed therapist Trina Mauchmar, offers an integrative approach to healing, combining therapeutic guidance with neuroscience-informed practices to support insight, emotional release, and resilience.

This guided journey invites you inward. The work is gentle and supported, helping participants explore emotions, patterns, and perspectives beyond everyday awareness.
