Our very first Woodland Retreat is here, and it’s a full, soul‑filling day created for women to relax, create, laugh, breathe again, and enjoy the peaceful beauty of nature together.

Woodland Retreat is a monthly women’s escape designed to nourish your body, engage your mind, and lift your spirit through hands‑on projects, meaningful connection, delicious food, and the calming magic of the woods. Every month features special guests, unique themes, and completely different activities, ensuring no two retreats are ever alike. Each retreat also includes a specialty lunch made with as many locally sourced ingredients as possible — a meal prepared with care and enjoyed together.

And now… here’s everything planned for our very first retreat:

? MORNING MEET‑UP — June 13th at 8 AM
We’ll begin the day at Friendship Dee‑Sign Studio, where everyone will gather their materials before taking a short, scenic drive through the countryside to our retreat location.

?‍♀️ MIND‑RELAXING YOGA SESSION
Once you arrive, you’ll walk down a quiet woodland path and be welcomed by our special guest, Dayle, owner of Wildflower Yoga
She will guide you through an easy, mind‑clearing outdoor yoga session designed to help you breathe deeper, slow down, and set the tone for a peaceful, uplifting day.

? TEAM ADVENTURE IN THE WOODS
Before we begin our creative project, we’ll head out together for a fun, lighthearted team adventure through the woods.
You’ll explore, discover, and collect a few special nature items needed for your workshop — a chance to laugh, wander, and enjoy the beauty of the woods as a group.

? HANDS‑ON WORKSHOP
After your woodland adventure, we’ll dive into our creative workshop where you’ll be making painted concrete garden mushrooms.
You’ll take part in forming, mixing, and pouring concrete, then decorating your mushroom using the natural items you gathered earlier — giving your project a personal, nature‑inspired touch to brighten your garden or porch.

? LOCALLY SOURCED GOURMET LUNCH + SPECIALTY DRINKS
Midday, you’ll enjoy gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches made to order, crafted with as many locally sourced ingredients as possible — including local sourdough, cheese, and butter, to name a few.
Lunch will be served out of the charming old schoolhouse on the property.
Each guest will also choose from three specialty refresher drinks — a delicious treat to sip while relaxing outdoors.

? INSPIRING AFTERNOON SPEAKER
Later in the day, you’ll gather with the group to hear from our special guest speaker, Nicole, who will share uplifting encouragement, real‑life wisdom, and empowering insight to help you stay positive through life’s challenges.

? A SWEET ENDING AROUND THE FIRE
We’ll close out the day gathered around a warm fire, enjoying gooey s’mores, sharing stories, and talking about what the day brought to each person.
Everyone will head home with their handmade garden or porch mushrooms, a few thoughtful parting gifts, and the kind of full‑heart feeling that only comes from a day spent with friends — new and old.
