About the event

Poses with a Purpose

Wildflower Yoga Studio is offering 2 donation based classes on Black Friday. Classes are FREE with a food item donation for the local food pantry. This is a great way to move your body while giving back to the community! Bring the whole family (Classes are intended for ages 12+) or use it as a way to escape the family craziness of the Thanksgiving holiday for a bit!

8:30-9:30AM- Poses for a Purpose (Gentle Flow Yoga)
10:00-10:45AM- Movement with Meaning (ForeverFit)
