Join us for another delicious culinary journey celebrating the flavors, traditions, and hospitality of the Turkic world.Our classes are perfect for everyone—from beginners to experienced home cooks. Each session includes hands-on cooking, cultural stories, and, of course, a feast! We usually teach two dishes, but you can expect to enjoy 7–8 delicious homemade dishes by the time we sit down together. In addition to our two featured dishes, we’ll revisit one of our popular recipes from a previous class—but this time, it will be prepared in a different style by our instructor. So you’ll get to experience a familiar favorite with a fresh twist!Our classes normally take place on the first Sunday of each month, but this September we’re moving to the second Sunday because of Labor Day weekend and requests from our participants.
