Practice the mindful art of creating a Dreamcatcher. Weave a sacred web upon a cedar branch you’ll first gently knead into a hoop. Adorn with beads, feathers and other decorations.  Gain insights on how this traditional craft is used for protection.


About Family Art Days (FAD)
Family Art Days (FAD) are designed for kids aged 5 and up to explore fun, creative projects alongside a parent or other supportive adult. All materials for each Family Art Days class are provided by SJIMA. 


Class sizes are limited, so RSVP is required to attend.


About the Instructor
Alice Hibberd
Deeply inspired by the flowing creativity and openness of young children, Alice loves to make art with youth.  Teaching yoga, creative movement and environmental education with kids are just a few more passions.  Although she is a certified WA teacher, she always prefers nature’s classroom!
