👀 Blood pressure & vision screenings (ages 3+)
🩸 Blood glucose (ages 12+)
🧬 A1C testing (ages 35+)
⚖️ BMI & telehealth (ages 2+)
💬 Mental health screenings (ages 12+)
💉 Health & vaccine education for all ages

📄 Care-a-Van services are available to anyone, regardless of whether you have insurance….but if you do have insurance please bring proof.
