Inscriptions auprès de info@fri-son.ch ou en DM Insta en communiquant ton numéro de téléphone. Sans obligation de participation régulière, viens quand tu en as envie ! Un sondage sera envoyé par messagerie avant chaque cours afin que nous nous organisions au mieux.

Ein neues Konzept im Fri-Son zum Start in die neue Saison ! Ab dem 14. September verwandeln wir das Fri-Son jeden Montag um 18:30 Uhr * in einen Fitnessraum: 50 bis 60 Minuten lang steht Krafttraining mit Audrey auf dem Programm. Bring deine Trainingsmatte mit, wir kümmern uns um die Musik – alle sind herzlich willkommen!

Wir bewegen uns, kommen ins Schwitzen und starten gut in die Woche. ❤️‍🔥
