We're giving you Day 1 of our annual Tamale Throwdown, beginning Saturday, Dec. 13 at River Park as part of our weekly Fresno Street Eats market. 

The Peoples Choice Voting will begin at this event and continue into Day 2 of Tamale Throwdown at Tioga Beer Garden on Friday, Dec. 19. 

Plus we'll have our usual assortment of food trucks, shopping and fun family times!

The greatest thing about tamales is how versatile and enjoyable they are, especially when enjoyed during the holiday season! Don't forget to bring your Abuela to be the judge or the best tamale out here! We can't wait to see what this lineup has in store!

All ages are welcome and admission is free.
