WHERE: Sunshine’s Farm 

THE RULE: 🚫 NO CAKE, NO ENTRY! 🚫 Every guest must bring one homemade, decorated cake to contribute to the communal display.

🎟️ UPON ARRIVAL (CHECK-IN)
When you arrive at the farm, please head straight to the check-in station to receive your event entry kit:

• 🏷️ Name Tag – So everyone can get to know their fellow bakers.

• 🎟️ Wristband – For entry access and your Signature Drink Bar privileges.

• 🗳️ Voting Card – Keep this safe! This is the card you will use later to cast your official vote before heading home.

⏰ MORNING SCHEDULE

• 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM | Check-In & Facebook Live: Arrive early to get your name tag, wristband, and voting card, and get set up! We are going LIVE on Facebook to showcase the cake gallery. 🎥

• 9:00 AM | The 10-Minute Selection: The rush is on! You have a strict 10-minute window to walk the line and scout your favorite slices. 🏃‍♂️💨

• 9:10 AM – 11:00 AM | The Feast & Voting: Dig into the cakes, relax, and drop your voting card in the ballot box.

• 11:00 AM | Event Concludes: Load up your complimentary pizza-style box with your favorite leftover slices to take home! (U-Pick strawberries will also be available for $5/lb).

📢 INFORMATION FOR BAKERS

• 🔪 Bring Your Own Cake Cutter: Every baker must bring their own individual cutter/server to ensure your cake is sliced exactly how you want.

• 🌸 Limited Table Decor: Space on the display table is limited so every creation can shine. If you bring small signs or decorations for your cake area, keep them minimal and please be courteous of others' space.

• 🍽️ What We Provide: We strictly provide the eating utensils, plates, napkins, and your take-home bakery boxes.

• 🍉 The Harvest Table: Fresh watermelon, our own farm-grown fresh strawberries, and seasonal fruit spreads.

• 🍹 The Signature Drink Bar: Unlimited Strawberry Lemonade, Dragon Fruit Extract, Pineapple Theory, and Peaches, Peaches, Peaches, Peaches.

• 🌻 Farm Seating: Open access to the Pavilion, the lush grass, and the picnic tables by the sunflowers.
