A major industrial freight facility is being proposed right in our neighborhood near South Cherry Ave and East North Ave and many of us were never told. Close to Orange Center elementary School.
� Where? 80+ acres just west of Cherry Ave, between North and Central
� What? A large truck freight terminal (less-than-truckload shipping facility)
� Impact? Heavy truck traffic, noise, air pollution, safety concerns for kids, and property value risks
� Precision Civil Engineering is hosting a community meeting TOMORROW, and we need to show up STRONG and UNITED to oppose this plan and demand real answers.

• Most of us weren’t properly notified.
• Trucks will run through our neighborhood daily.
• Our schools and families will be exposed to pollution and traffic danger.
• They already filed paperwork with the City — and they’re trying to move fast.

• Stop the project until the community is heard
• Conduct a full Environmental Impact Report (EIR)
• Protect our homes, schools, and health
