ProBoxTV, in association with Golden Boy Promotions, returns to Fresno for “The Fight for Dignity”—an electrifying double-header boxing extravaganza on November 29th at the Save Mart Center. The event will spotlight the Nation’s Dignity Act for immigration reform and feature guest appearances from some of the sport’s biggest names, including Jose Ramirez, Vergil Ortiz, Arnold Barboza, Robert Garcia, and many more.
"The Dignity Act transcends immigration policy, it embodies respect, opportunity, and recognition for the individuals who enrich our communities on a daily basis. As a boxer, I have witnessed the sport’s capacity to unite people from diverse backgrounds. Similarly to boxing, which stands on principles of discipline, sacrifice, and resilience, so does the narrative of immigrants who are entitled to dignity and a fair opportunity to contribute to our society." – Olympian and Unified World Champion Jose Ramirez
This incredible evening features two explosive shows under one roof: a nationally televised ProBoxTV Contender Series with 50/50 all-action fights, followed by a regional showcase highlighting the Central Valley’s most exciting and promising stars.
"This event has it all—Olympians, Champions, blue-chip prospects, stars, celebrities, and knockout artists. It also brings together two powerhouse promotional companies, ProBoxTV and Golden Boy, under one roof with a national telecast on Amazon, Fubo, and Swerve. I love promoting events like this to showcase some of the best champions and prospects in the sport." – Promoter Rick Mirigian
In the main event, Golden Boy’s rising undefeated blue-chip phenom Jordan Fuentes will make his second straight Save Mart Center appearance at home.
Twin brothers Sebastian Terteryan (making his pro debut) and Olympian Nikolai Terteryan (in his second straight arena appearance) will also feature on the card for Golden Boy Promotions.
Jorge Maravillo, Kevin Gudino, and Jose Contreras—all undefeated fighters from Los Angeles, San Jose, and the Bay Area—will showcase their knockout power.
Ellie Salinas will be featured in the lone women’s showcase bout, giving fans a glimpse of the Central Valley’s No. 1 undefeated female professional prospect as she makes her Save Mart Center debut under the bright lights and on the big stage.
The nation’s most popular USA Boxing and Olympic hopeful, Rowdy Ryan, returns as he looks to show his 3 million followers why he is the sport’s future star.
ProBoxTV Contender Series (Nationally Televised)
Headlining the Contender Series on November 29th is former world champion Jessie Magdaleno. The former WBO junior featherweight champion (30-3, 19 KOs) will look to earn his second straight win. The 33-year-old Las Vegas native made his ProBoxTV debut in March, stopping Luis Coria in three rounds. Magdaleno first captured his world title in 2016 with a unanimous decision victory over Nonito Donaire Jr.
Also set for action are two ProBoxTV staples: rising Mexican prospect Emiliano Moreno (12-0, 7 KOs), who looks to extend his undefeated streak, and lightweight contender Justin Pauldo (19-2, 9 KOs).
Pauldo, 31, of Houston, Texas, is coming off back-to-back ProBoxTV wins this year, earning a No. 11 WBC ranking at 135 lbs. Meanwhile, Moreno, 20, of Long Beach, California, will make his full-fledged 154 lbs. debut on September 27th against Raul Garcia on another ProBoxTV card.
In addition, Karlos Balderas of Santa Maria, California, will aim to extend his winning streak to three. Since his 2023 majority-decision loss to Nahir Albright, Balderas (16-2, 14 KOs) has moved up in weight and scored two consecutive knockouts. The 2016 U.S. Olympian will be fighting for the second straight time on a ProBoxTV card.
