This is uninterrupted time for you to indulge in our Self Love Retreat and the space to breathe, nurture your body, and give your soul the reprieve and rest it has been craving!
This Semi-Soulo retreat will offer a mish mash of the vibes of our original Soulcation connection and a Soul-O Soulcation experience, with opportunities to both connect & gather in the shared spaces OR retreat within your Goddess Suites of the Anchorage House.
As always, there is a gentle schedule but no pressure or obligation to attend group offerings. We ALWAYS encourage you to take what you need.
A special soothing treat included with this space is the outdoor spa area! Take time in the hot tub and sauna to add an extra layer of relaxation to your time with us!
Friday:
6:00pm ~ Arrival. Get settled into your space, grab a coffee/tea & some snacks and meet for opening circle.
Free for the rest of the night to do whatever the f*ck you want ❤

8:30am~ We deliver breakfast in bed to you
9:30am~ Morning Group Stretch
12:30~ Nourishing Lunch delivered
1:30~ Individualized healing sessions
Spa / free time to rest or explore
