Reiki is a light touch therapy that uses the universal life force energy to activate the body's own natural healing abilities. It provides calming, grounding and emotional realignment and supports balance in the body.

Usui Reiki focuses on self-healing and on facilitating the healing of others (people, pets, plants, crystals ) through channeling Universal energy. 

Level 1 is all about you. You get your first energy attunement, you learn how to feel your own energy, how to ground and use basic techniques for reconnecting inwards. We will learn hands-on practice, history, principles, chakra basics, empowering personal well-being and providing the foundation for becoming a Reiki practitioner.
 
Robin will help you trust your intuition, so that you understand yourself on a deeper level. You will understand the chakras better, so that you can heal personal problems or any stress that is showing up in your energy. You will get to practice with someone else, however this is not a practitioner class. 
 
Whether you are looking to self-discover, looking to balance energy or want to begin your own practice, this is a class that will benefit anyone. Please bring a journal to class and a manual will be provided. 

You will get a certificate for Level 1.

Level 1 is just the beginning. Becoming a reiki practitioner in level 2, you can charge for your services and at the master level, you can even teach!

About Robin
Robin is a reiki master and has been practicing for 12 years and teaching for 11. Her approach is very gentle, as she is passionate about teaching beginners. She wants to help people beginning their spiritual or intuitive journey. Robin's reiki master is the one who really helped her access her own talents. You will gain all the knowledge that you need to become a practitioner or even a reiki master if you choose to continue each level.
