This four-week series, Therapeutic Touch Yoga, is designed to release tension, restore balance, and reconnect you with your body and spirit - through mindful movement, breathwork, and skilled hands-on grounding techniques that deepen the experience. Intentionally created for a small group of only 8 people to offer you more one to one time.

Each session blends:

✔ Pranyama/Breathwork – Harnessing the breath to cultivate presence and regulate the nervous system

✔ Fluid, dynamic movement – Strengthening the body while creating space for ease and openness

✔ Guided imagery meditation – A sensory journey to promote deep relaxation and clarity

✔ Hands-on grounding techniques & assists – Thoughtfully applied touch to enhance stability, encourage deeper release, and reconnect students with their own physical awareness

What Makes This Experience Special?

Unlike a standard yoga class, Therapeutic Touch Yoga features purposeful hands-on assists, drawing on a deep understanding of anatomy, movement and body awareness. These grounding techniques:

- Help release subtle tension patterns

- Provide stabilizing support in key postures

- Encourage a deeper somatic connection

- Allow students to experience mindful touch as a form of self-care

A fully immersive experience, blending movement with an intuitive, hands-on approach that adds an extra level of care and refinement.

4 weeks Series Starts Thursday 21 May 5:45 pm - 75 minutes classes

Cost:  Series $80+tax=$91.20 No refund or credit for missed classes. NOT included in Unlimited but 10% discount offered for Unlimited Members
