Homeschool Shindig - October Class

Homeschool Shindig is a monthly arts and crafts class designed for homeschoolers in 1st through 12th grade. Held on the third Wednesday of each month from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., this engaging class offers a fun and creative environment for students to explore their artistic abilities.

Each session offers hands-on projects tailored to various skill levels, encouraging creativity and self-expression. The cost of the class will fluctuate slightly each month depending on the project. Join us for the next Homeschool Shindig and inspire your child’s love for arts and crafts!

Students will learn the art of gelli printing in our class on Wednesday, October 15. Gelli printing is a type of monoprinting. The process involves applying paint to a squishy gelatin-like plate, adding textures with stencils or objects, and then pressing paper onto the plate to transfer the image. This is a fun and creative project, and each child will create their own unique gelli print with a frame included to showcase their piece.

The cost for the class is $12 per child (non-refundable). Registration is required by October 14.
