The first few decades of life are often a whirlwind—surviving our families, shaping identities, fulfilling expectations, and learning how to ‘adult.’ But somewhere along the way, some of us begin to wonder: Am I living the life I was meant to live?
Midlife can stir all the parts of us we’ve sidelined to survive—old longings, unresolved grief, unspoken regrets, hidden sparks. The second act of life often arrives with a nudge (or a roar) to reclaim these parts and live with more clarity, alignment, and soul.
This reflective workshop is for women navigating the midlife transition (at any age) who are ready to pause, take stock, and reorient toward their deeper truth. Through guided inquiry, creative exercises, and group sharing, we’ll explore the life we’ve lived, the parts of ourselves that are still waiting to be expressed, and the gifts we’re here to bring forward.
