A special guest will first offer guidance into our bodies to begin (TBC) and we will finish with fruits, treats and mingling.

MEET YOUR DJ // JAI RAM
Jai's love affair with electronic dance music began in 1997 when he stumbled across techno, trance, and the Melbourne underground rave scene.

Over the last two decades Jai has firmly established himself within the ecstatic dance community in Australia, splitting his love for house and rave inspired techno with deeper, organic, tribal, and ethno sounds.

As a self-described 'sonic shaman', Jai's dj sets are always a meticulous journey, crafted and curated to uplift, inspire and transform.

FLOW OF THE NIGHT //
6:30pm – Doors open, optional embodiment workshop (TBC)
7:00pm – Ecstatic Dance with Jai Ram
7:15pm – Doors close (no entry after this time)
8:45pm – Wind Down / Savasana & Closing Circle
9:00pm – Fruits, Treats & Connection
9:30pm – Float home

WHAT IS ECSTATIC DANCE? //
We gather in dance temple to release and pray with our bodies
We dissolve our mind-selves and become guided by the innate intelligence within
We welcome & dance with and through whatever feeling, emotions and sensations travel through these connective tissue and neural pathways
We drop out of linear time and into organic rhythmicity
We find coherence with the collective field of dancers

We honour sovereignty and practice consent when we move with and make contact with others
We dance deep and let go
